Industrial crew on location in Alberta

Win the bid. Hire the crew.

Film, distribution, follow-up and a site for Alberta industrial and corporate teams.

Your work is stronger than your online presence.

Buyers and applicants check you online before they ever talk to you. When what they find undersells the work, it costs you in three places.

Buyers check you before the call.

Before a GM, estimator or procurement lead picks up the phone, they look you up. If your site and video do not show the scale of your operation, the conversation starts on the back foot.

Recruitment with no story attracts the wrong applicants.

A job post with no picture of the crew, the standards or the work leaves people guessing. The right applicants cannot tell why they should choose you, so you sort through people who would apply anywhere.

Training lives in one foreman’s head.

The way your best people do the job is passed on by word of mouth, one crew at a time. It changes with every retelling, and it walks out the door when they do.

The work is already good. What is missing is a system that puts it in front of buyers and applicants. That is what we build.

Built for working sites.

A working site is a safety environment first. We wear the PPE your site requires, stay aware of the operation around us, and plan each day to keep disruption to a minimum.

Three engagements, built around the outcome you need.

Each one is scoped on the call, around your sites, your roles and your timeline.

What it means for youNothing is handed over as files and left there.

Questions, answered.

Will production disrupt our operations?

We plan the day around your site lead and your schedule, and work around active operations rather than through them.

Who owns the video?

You do. The finished, edited videos are yours to use for your business, anywhere, with no time limit. We keep the raw footage and project files and can send them on request. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you tell us in writing beforehand that a site or project is confidential. Licensed music and on-camera releases are handled for the uses we agree on. New uses may need new permissions.

Who manages the ad accounts and spend?

Campaigns run in your own ad account. Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platform, recommended minimum $1,000/mo. Our fee for distribution and follow-up is $1,500/mo (3-month minimum) and covers campaign management, ad versions cut from the film, applicant follow-up and a monthly report.

Can you work under our site safety rules?

Yes. We follow your site’s PPE and orientation requirements. Tell us what’s needed when you book.

Should we work together?

A quick, honest check, so neither of us wastes time.

We are a fit if

  • Your brand undersells the work, ahead of bids, partnerships or hiring
  • You hire field and site crews, or train the same procedures again and again
  • You can invest from $8,000 for a project

We are not a fit if

  • You need a single short clip or a one-off job post
  • You want certified courses or a replacement for your safety program. We make the training video; you own the program
  • You have no one to run interviews for the applicants we bring in

Why work with us

  • Film, distribution and follow-up planned as one engagement
  • The shoot day is planned around your site lead and your schedule
  • You own the finished videos
  • Produced for Volkswagen Canada through VML for 3+ years

No commitment to start. We reply the same day.

Ready to be the obvious choice?

In 30 minutes we will look at how buyers and applicants find you today, and what a system would look like for your team.
