The Objective
You are the architect of our clients' visual brand. You won't just be pushing pixels or making things 'pop.' You will be designing high-converting landing pages, pitch decks that close enterprise deals, and direct-response ad creatives that stop the scroll. You need to understand the psychology of design - why a specific layout drives a click, and why another falls flat.
Day to day, you will take raw concepts from the Creative Director and build out full visual ecosystems. Whether it is a gritty industrial brand identity or a sleek automotive ad campaign, you execute with precision. We do not micromanage your layers. We expect you to deliver pixel-perfect, market-ready assets at an aggressive pace.
The Arsenal
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
- Deep understanding of typography, grid systems, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for direct-response marketing (social ads, landing pages, email graphics)
- Ability to seamlessly translate a brand's core identity across digital and physical touchpoints
- A ruthless eye for detail and pixel-perfect execution
- An ego-free, operator mindset - ready to iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback
- A strong portfolio demonstrating elite commercial, agency, or premium brand work
- 3+ years of experience in an agency or high-paced design environment
