The Objective
You're the last step before a video goes out. You'll take raw footage from our shoots and cut it into a finished piece: multi-cam interviews, automotive feature reels, and local-service ads formatted for every platform we deliver to.
We move fast. You'll ingest footage, sync audio, follow the Creative Director's direction, color grade, and mix sound with minimal oversight. We don't micromanage the timeline; we expect finished, clean deliverables back.
The Arsenal
- Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (DaVinci Resolve is a plus)
- Strong pacing and storytelling instincts: knowing when to cut and when to hold
- Solid color grading, matching camera profiles and keeping contrast consistent across a project
- Sound design and mixing (EQ, compression, basic Foley, ducking)
- Experience cutting for multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1)
- Organized file and version management
- 2+ years in an agency or post-production environment
