The Objective
You are the final line of defense before a visual asset hits the market. You will receive raw footage from our on-set operators and be expected to sculpt it into ruthless, high-converting narratives. This isn't about slapping a LUT on a timeline and calling it a day. You will cut multi-cam corporate interviews, stitch together dynamic automotive sizzle reels, and optimize pacing for high-ticket local service ads across every major social platform.
We operate at a blistering pace. You must be able to ingest raw media, sync audio, execute the Creative Director's vision, color grade, and mix sound with absolute autonomy. We don't micromanage timelines. We expect raw files in, and flawless, cinematic deliverables out.
The Arsenal
- Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (DaVinci Resolve is a strong asset)
- Elite pacing and storytelling instincts - knowing exactly when to cut to hold attention
- Advanced color grading capabilities (matching multiple camera profiles, achieving cinematic contrast)
- Sound design and mixing proficiency (EQ, compression, Foley integration, ducking)
- Experience cutting for direct-response marketing and brand awareness across all aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1)
- Ruthless file organization and version control
- 2+ years in a high-volume agency or post-production environment
