The Objective
You are the tip of the spear. Your objective is not to push generic video services; it is to diagnose pipeline leaks and prescribe high-ticket visual systems that generate predictable ROI. You will hunt for qualified brands in the automotive, industrial, and premium local service sectors, initiating contact through relentless, strategic outbound campaigns.
Day to day, you will be cold calling, running targeted email sequences, and managing the CRM pipeline. You are responsible for turning cold prospects into booked strategy calls for the closing team. This is a high-volume, high-rejection environment. If you need a script for every objection or fear picking up the phone, this seat will eat you alive. The Arsenal
- Mastery of outbound sales tactics (cold calling, personalized email sequences, LinkedIn outreach)
- Fluency in modern CRM management and pipeline tracking (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
- Ability to confidently articulate complex marketing and production concepts to high-level decision-makers (CEOs, Dealership GMs, Marketing Directors)
- A relentless, thick-skinned, operator mindset - rejection is just data
- Elite written and verbal communication skills; you must sound as premium as the product we sell
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, lead qualification, and pipeline velocity
- 1+ years of proven BDR or outbound sales experience, preferably in agency, SaaS, or high-ticket services
