The Objective
You are not just writing dialogue; you are engineering attention. Your scripts serve as the foundational blueprint for our entire production pipeline. You will architect 60-second automotive brand spots, gritty industrial mini-documentaries, and high-converting local service ads. You must understand the psychology of the hook, the pacing of visual storytelling, and how to drive a viewer relentlessly toward a call-to-action.
You write for the edit. We expect your scripts to include precise visual cues, b-roll directions, and sound design notes that our cinematographers and editors can execute against flawlessly. There is no room for fluff or self-indulgent prose. Every word must earn its place on the timeline. If you can take a complex B2B value proposition and distill it into a lethal, 30-second script, you belong on this roster.
