Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at WheelersAcademy. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the cool stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products (courses, presets, templates, and guides), we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur.

Refunds for digital products will be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

  • The product is fundamentally different from what was described
  • The product is defective or corrupted
  • You are unable to access the product due to technical issues on our end

Course Subscriptions

For course subscriptions and memberships:

  • Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of the course content has been accessed
  • After 14 days or if more than 25% of content has been accessed, refunds are not available
  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months
  • Annual subscriptions can be canceled within 30 days for a prorated refund

Physical Products

For physical products (merchandise, books, etc.):

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

How to Request a Refund

  • Include your order number and reason for the refund request
  • Provide detailed information about the issue if applicable
  • Allow 2-3 business days for us to review your request

Processing Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
